Can I change or cancel my order?
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, we can help to change the shipping address before it shipped out from our warehouse.Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipment once the product is in transit.Please make sure use the correct address when placing the order.
How to use a promotion code?
- On the checkout page, look for a field labeled "Discount code" or "Promo code". This is usually located on the right side of the page, where the order summary is displayed.
- Enter your promotion code in the provided field and click "Apply".
If you visit our store via a mobile phone, you might not find a field labeled "Discount code" or "Promo code", it might hide in "Show order summary"
- On the payment information page, look for a text or link that says "Show order summary," "Add a discount code," "Have a discount code?" or similar. This is often located at the top of the screen or within a collapsible section.
- Reveal Discount Code Field:
- Tap on "Show order summary," "Add a discount code," or similar text to expand the section and reveal the discount code field.

About Shipping
When will my order arrive?
You can check the estimated shipping time for each product in the order page. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number by email – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking info once it have been shipped.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
The cost of shipping on orders over $50 with regular size product is free depending on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.

About Return
Am I eligible for a free return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How do I return an item?
To issue a Return, please contact service@handingfishing.com, our customer support expert will guide you througt the process smoothly.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
We're sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Shipping back expense will not be refunded unless the product is Damage/Defect on Arrival ("DOA") hereby refers to appearance, functional or structural deficiencies that are found on arrival and will prevent the normal use of the product or an error occurs on our part in the shipment of your order. The shipping amount will be deduct from you total refund amount.

How do I claim a warranty?
If the warrantied products are defective in workmanship and/or materials, you can simply email us at service@handingfishing.com. Our professional customer service expert will guide you through the smooth process.
Am I eligible for warranty?
HANDING have different warranty period from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. You can simply email us at service@handingfishing.com to get guidance.
Please note that Handing is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially, or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care. There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty contained herein. In no event shall Handing be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
