Each Handing shipment is carefully packaged to ensure it is in best condition. Still, if anything happens, please write to at your earliest convenience and let us know. We take great pride in customer service and we want each customer to be happy with the quality of our products and services.

We ship products in the chronological order the purchasing order is accepted, to the address provided so long as such address is complete and complies with all shipping restrictions and regulations in respective countries and regions. The shipping/delivery date will be specified on the order page of each product or the checkout page.

Handing official online store only sells to shipping addresses in the Contiguous US, and unavailable to other countries and regions.


1.How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping on orders over $50 with regular size product is free depends on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.


2.What are non-conventional sizes?

Items longer than 7 feet 8 inches are non-conventional, such as one-piece rods over 7 feet 8 inches.


3.When will my order arrive?

You can check the estimated shipping time for each product in the order page. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number by email – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.


4.Can I change the delivery address of a package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipment once the product is in transit.


Return Policy


We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.



We offer a "no-hassle" return policy. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

To issue a Return, please contact, our customer support expert will guide you througt the process smoothly, We're sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Shipping back expense will not be refunded unless the product is Damage/Defect on Arrival ("DOA") hereby refers to appearance, functional or structural deficiencies that are found on arrival and will prevent the normal use of the product or an error occurs on our part in the shipment of your order. The shipping amount will be dedect from you total refund amount.


Packing and Protection

To prevent secondary damage, all items must be returned with original packaging and follow our instructions of fixation and protection. Please keep the original packaging within the arrival period. If you lose it, we can provide other packing options at your cost.


Risk on the Road

Any loss/damage during the return process due to improper packaging or the actions/inactions of the logistics supplier shall be under the customer's responsibility. We will carefully inspect the received parcel and report back the result of damage assessment.



Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days. Please refer to the “refund policy” for more details.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Purchase from Non-official Channels

Please note that each of our distributors, dealers, partner shops or other e-commerce platforms sets its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other channels. Please contact the place of purchase for their return/exchange policy.
